A1. 스타트업⇔글로벌 파트너간 상호 상담 신청, 수락, 거절 기간은 8월 20일(금) 23:55 까지 입니다. 이후에는 기능이 닫히게 되니 꼭 기간 내 신청해주세요.

Q1. When is the meeting request period? 

A1. The deadline of requesting, accepting, and declining the meeting between the startups and global partners is August 20th, 23:55. This is unavailable after the deadline, so make sure to request within the request period.

Q2. 상담신청을 하면 바로 시간표 확인이 가능한가요? 

A2. 상담신청은 주선을 위한 자료수집 단계로서, 시스템에 의한 자동 주선과 관리자 주선을 마친 후에 시간표가 공지됩니다. (이메일 안내 공지 예정) 

Q2. If I request the meeting, can I check the time schedule immediately? 

A2. Meeting request is only a process of collecting the information for arranging the meeting, so the schedule is announced after the process of auto arrangement system and administrator arrangement (The finalized meeting schedule will be announced via email).

Q3. 시간표는 누가 어떻게 배정하나요?

A3. 시간표는 시스템에서 알고리즘에 따라 자동주선→ 관리자 수동 주선(일부 조율)으로 진행됩니다. 참가자의 신청 내용을 기준으로 상호 신청>바이어/투자가 신청>국내 스타트업 신청 순으로 우선순위가 적용되며 동일한 조건일 경우 먼저 상담을 신청한 기 업에게 우선권이 있으니 원하는 파트너가 있으면 빨리 상담을 신청하시는 것이 좋습니다. 자동주선이 종료된 후 상담 건수가 저조한 참가기업 대상으로 관리자의 판단에 따라 업종별 수동 주선이 진행 될 수 있습니다. 

Q3. Who arranges the meeting time, and how is the meeting arranged?

A3. The scheduling process is proceeded by auto matching system → administrator arrangement. Based on your request status, The timetable will be arranged in the order of “Mutual request > Buyer/Investor’s request > Startup’s request”. If conditions are the same, first-come-first-served conditions will be applied. So make sure to register immediately if there is any partner you want to have a meeting with. After auto arrangement by the system, administrators may manually arrange the meeting for the companies with low participation. 

Q4. 특정 미팅의 상담 희망 시간을 지정할 수 있나요?

A4. 상담시간 특정은 불가하며, 시스템에 의해 미팅 가능 시간대 중에서 앞 시간부터 우선순위에 따라 주선된 상담이 채워집니다.

Q4. Can I choose the meeting time I want?

A4. Unfortunately, you can not choose the time. The meeting is arranged from the earliest time of available meeting time, according to the priority.   

Q5. 신청한 상담은 모두 주선되어 시간표에 반영되나요?

A5. 아닙니다. 상담은 최대 30개까지 시스템에서 신청 가능하지만 상대방(글로벌 파트너)과 스타트업이 상호 수락해야 상담이 최종 주선됩니다. 또한 신청이 몰리는 인기 기업의 경우 (아무리 상호신청 건이 많더라도) 1일 상담횟수를 초과할 수 없습니다. ‘상호 신청’은 상담 주선이 안 됐는데 ‘나의 신청’은 주선되었다면 상대방의 스케줄이 이미 포화 상태인 것입니다. 

Q5. If I request meetings, will they all be arranged and reflected in the timetable? 

A5. Unfortunately, no. The number of the meetings of popular companies can not exceed the number of daily time. If “mutual request” is not registered but ‘my request’ is registered, it means the counterparts’ schedule is already full. 

Q6. 상담 성사율을 높이는 방법이 있을까요?

A6. 신청 받은 건은 ‘수락’하여 상호신청 상태로 만들거나 ‘거절’하여 실제 매칭될 수 있는 빈 시간을 최대한 확보하십시오. 무엇보다도 동일 조건일 경우 선착순이 적용되므로 신속한 신청이 관건입니다. 나의 상담 가능 시간 설정 시에는 상대방 해외 기업의 시간대도 함께 고려해주세요. 예를 들어, 북미 지역 파트너와 만나고 싶다면 상대방의 시차를 고려하여 새벽과 야간 시간을 열어 두어야 미팅 주선 가능성이 높아집니다.

Q6. Is there any measure that we can take to increase the possibility of meeting matches?

A6. You can secure the time by “accepting or declining” the meeting request immediately (ASAP), so that you can have more opportunities and time for making other arrangements for meetings. Most importantly, the First-come-First-served condition will be applied. So, early and fast application is crucial! When setting meeting available time, please consider the local time of the global company. For instance, if you are willing to meet North American partners, consider their local time and open your morning and night time. In this way, the possibility of meeting arrangement will be increased.  

Q7. 스타트업 간 상담이 가능한가요?

A7. 시스템 설계 상, 스타트업⇔스타트업, 투자가⇔투자가 상담 신청은 불가능하고 스타트업⇔글로벌 파트너(투자가/글로벌기업/정부기관) 상담이 가능합니다. 

Q7. Is meeting between the startups available? 

A7. Startup⇔Startup, Investor⇔Investor meetings are all unavailable. Only startup⇔global partner (investor, global company, government) meetings are available. 

Q8. 상담 시간은 언제인가요?

A8. 한국 시간으로 9월 6일(월) ~ 9월 10일(금) AM 06:00- PM 10:00까지 40분 간격으로 상담이 배정됩니다. (별도 쉬는 시간 없음) 시스템 상 시간표에는 본인의 시간과 상대방의 시간이 듀얼로 표시됩니다. 반드시 미팅 시간을 준수하여 정시에 회의를 시작하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Q8. When is the meeting? 

A8. The meeting is arranged from September 6th (Mon) to September 10th (Fri), AM 06:00 to PM 10:00 (KST), and each meeting lasts 40 minutes (No additional break time). Your local time and counterparts’ local time are both shown on the calendar, so please be punctual and start the meeting on time. 

Q9. 상담 시 통역이 지원 되나요?

A9. 영어, 중국어, 일본어, 프랑스어, 러시아어, 스페인어, 베트남어 통역이 글로벌 파트너별로 배정 지원됩니다. 통역이 필요하지 않은 경우 미팅 시작 전에 통역원에게 알려주세요. 이 경우에도 통역원은 상담 진행자로 회의실에 남아있게 됩니다. 

Q9. Is translation service provided during the meeting?

A9. English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese translation services are arranged for global partners. If translation is not required, please let the translator know before the meeting starts. But still, the translator will remain at the meeting as a counselor.
